How Not to Blog - Coca Cola Zero Movement

If you are thinking about launching a blog of your own to boost your business, take heed.

Coca Cola tried to break in, but they cheated, got caught and now people hate them.

They posted fake comments, misrepresented their intentions and overall just acted really lame.

Don't make the same mistake. If you are going to try out a new advertising medium, you have to do it in a sustainable, ethical and transparent way.

Otherwise you get a pretty nasty reaction from the very people you are trying to target.

Enter a company's worst nightmare: a false site set up to hijack yours and tear it to pieces.

Here are some things that people are saying about it:

Coca Cola lies, misleads with fake zero blog

Zero plus zero is still zeroM

and my favourite The Zero Movement Sucks

The whole idea is to type in Coca Cola zero movement into a Google search engine and get a barrage of hip and interesting links. Instead, there is nothing but vitriol and flack.
